Do you remember those old cartoons from your childhood, those ones that you consider a classic now? Well sit back whilst we remember a few of them and then have a look at some FanArt and various deviations from those who obviously remember them too.
A few people enjoyed Retro! Cartoons - #1 so I decided to put together #2. Hopefully you’ll all have some fond memories of some of these and feel free to share them in the comments.

Gummi Bears
Gummi Bears featured 7 bears along with a few human characters. Together with their human friends; Cavin and Princess Calla, they try to piece together their long forgotten past which was recorded in the Great Book of Gummi many moons ago. They didn’t however forget how to many Gummiberry Juice, a magical potion that made the Gummi Bears very bouncy indeed.

Talespin
This Disney creation takes some of the well known characters from The Jungle Book and brings to the small screen. Baloo flies yellow Cargo plane for Rebecca Cunningham’s company “Hire for Higher” (previously Baloo’s  company but he lost it due to missing loan payments). Shipping cargo to and from Cape Suzette isn’t easy as the pirates of the sky cause many problems but Baloo’s flying skills always hold out to evade capture and get the goods to their destination.

The Jetsons
Set in the sky-high Orbit City, The Jetsons were a average family of four (George Jetson, Jane, his wife, their daughter Judy, and son Elroy). George usually lost in job at some point during the show or at least come very close to it, usually he got it back though and life would resume as normal in this high-tech world where everything was done for them in a matter of seconds.

Teddy Ruxpin
The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin follows young Teddy Ruxpin as he leaves his home on the island of Rillonia with his best friend Grubby to follow an ancient map which leads him to find a collection of crystals on the mainland of Grundo. With the help of his new friend Newton Gimmick, Teddy and Grubby discover the magical powers of what turns out to be an ancestral treasure as well as an organisation with ambitions to use it for evil. Along the way, Teddy learns the long-lost history of his species and clues to the location of his missing father.

Care Bears
The Care Bears live in a sky city called Care-A-Lot. They keep a watch over earth, keeping bad feelings at bay and if a child is feeling down, they help bring a smile to their face. They have relatives called “The Care Bear Cousins” that live in the Forest of Feelings. Each Bear and Cousin has a special power related to the symbol on their tummy. To defeat enemies such as No Heart and Professor Cold Heart, they would unite to use the Care Bear Stare to send good energy to them.

Great articles! I must say I don't know all of them, which makes them even more interesting...

I was wondering if you would be interested in a link exchange, with my own TaleSpin fansite?

Note : All Talespin fans are welcome, of course :)

I love these retro toon articals. (I hope to see a third one.) Those are some nice fanart choices. These bring back alot of good memories of my childhood. :)

Sence you asked, some toons I'd like suggest that deserve a possible look back (for possible future articals of this) would include...
The orrigenal Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Heathcliff & the Cattilac Cats, Super Mario Bros. Super Show, Rocko's Modern Life, Ahhh!!! Real Monsters, Captain N: The Game Master, Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Freakazoid, and The Raccoons.

^^; Whew, sorry if I suggested to many. lol

I hope to do a third!
No you didn't suggest too many, sometimes it's hard to remember them all so it's good to have people suggesting. I added them all to my list for future articles.
